  • How is my order produced?

    WE POUR TO ORDER. THIS MEANS, WHEN YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED, WE POUR, CLEAN, AND FIRE ALL THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER. ORDERS ARE FULFILLED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. THIS MEANS BOTH ONLINE AND IN STORE.

  • How long will it take for me to get my order?

    1. WE STRIVE TO GET ORDERS DONE AS FAST AS WE CAN. ORDERS CAN TAKE UPTO 4 WEEKS TO RECEIVE.
    2. THIS IS DUE TO USE HAVING ONLY 1 MOLD FOR THE MAJORITY OF OUR ITEMS.
    3. CHANCES ARE YOU ARE NOT OUR ONLY CUSTOMER ORDER A SPECIFIC ITEM. AND THEY ARE MADE IN THE ORDER RECEIVED.
    4. ORDERING MULTIPLES OF THE SAME ITEM MAY CAUSE A DELAY.
  • Why is shipping so expensive?

    1. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING COSTS. WHAT YOU PAY IS WHAT UPS CHARGES. WE DO NOT ADD ON ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.
    2. IF YOUR SHIPPING COSTS LESS THAN YOU PAID YOU WILL GET THE DIFFERENCE BACK.
    3. IF SHIPPING COSTS MORE THANK YOU PAID, WE WILL REACH TO YOU FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT.
    4. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING IF REQUESTED, YOU WILL BE REFUNED YOUR ORDER TOAL LESS a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
  • How can I receive updates on my order?

    1. WE ARE A VERY SMALL TEAM. IN ORDER TO KEEP COSTS LOW ON PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE UPDATES ON ORDERS. THIS INCLUDES VIA FACEBOOK, EMAIL, OR CALLS TO THE SHOP.
    2. WE WILL ONLY REACH OUT IF YOUR ORDER WILL BE LONGER THAN THE 4 WEEK MARK TO COMPLETE.
  • Customization of Items

    IMAGES ON OUR WEBSITE MAY BE STOCK IMAGES FROM THE MOLD COMPANIES. WE DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMIZATION FOR ONLINE PRODUCTS.

    NO CUT OUTS UNLESS IT IS FOR EXAMPLE A FAIRY HOUSE WITH WINDOWS.

  • What do i do if something in my order arrives damaged?

    1. PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF HOW THE ITEM WAS PACKAGED AND WRAPED.
    2. FILE A CLAIM WITH UPS BY VISITING THEIR WEBSITE.
    3. EMAIL US AT ORDERS@AB-CERAMICS.COM TO NOTIFY US AND ATACH THE PICTURES.
    4. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PAYMENT FROM UPS WE WILL GET A REPLACEMENT ITEM TO YOU.
    5. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW LONG IT TAKES UPS TO APPROVE A CLAIM AND SUBMIT PAYMENT TO US.
  • How do I cancel my order?

    1. ORDERS CAN BE CANCELED BY CONTACTING US AT ORERS@@AB-CERAMICS.COM
    2. CANCELED ORDERS ARE REFUNDED LESS a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
